About pre orders:
If purchased with non pre-order items, shipping terms apply to each item due to different shipping dates.
If you purchase multiple pre order items, they will be shipped as soon as all items are available.
Each item is carefully made in independent workshops in Japan. Items may take longer than planned to be ready.
We’ll email you when your item is available.
We’re able to send items by mail or hold them for you at the Postalco Shop Kyobashi. Please note the product may vary slightly in color and size.
The actual product may differ slightly from the specifications, finish, size, and materials shown.
There is a possibility that we will not produce items if the number of orders is less than the production minimum. In that case, we’ll refund the payment.
